Neigbourhood: Sentosa Cove

Sentosa Cove is an upscale residential enclave in Singapore that is situated on an island south of the city. Sentosa Cove is the definition of waterfront living because of its distinct setting, high quality lifestyle, and exclusive address. Sentosa Cove, which combines residential, commercial, and marina amenities, provides its residents with a distinctive waterfront resort style living.

From the early days, Sentosa Cove was planned to have a marina, yacht club, and hotel resort in the middle of two predominantly resort residential zones, the only one of its kind on the island. The two main zones are the North Cove and South Cove.

Sentosa Cove – North and South Cove

North Cove

There are 1,528 residential units in this region, distributed as follows: 214 bungalows, 30 terraced homes, and 1,284 condominium units (The Azure, The Berth by the Cove, The Coast @ Sentosa Cove, The Residences at W, and The Oceanfront @ Sentosa). There are three artificial islands in this area, namely Treasure Island, Paradise Island, and Coral Island.

South Cove

The South Cove comprise of 816 condominium units (Seven Palms, Seascape, The Marina Collection, Turquoise, Cape Royale). Sandy Island, and Pearl Island are two man-made islands that the South Cove offers, similar to the North Cove.

Neighborhood

Long bike rides are wonderful in the neighborhood. Additionally, locals may take their pets and their families on buggy rides to the beach or the golf course. Visit ONE°15 Marina for a wonderful day out on a boat, or nearby Resort World Sentosa for a fun date. There are also a good amount of stores, eateries, and entertainment options on Quayside Isle. For daily necessity, Cold Storage supermarket is located nearby.

The bustling Singapore mainland is only a short drive away. VivoCity mall and Harbourfront Centre is just a short ride away. One can go to Massimo Dutti, Zara, Uniqlo for clothes, Tangs and Muji for home items, Fairprice Xtra, Don Don Donki and Cold Storage for groceries.

A contemporary lifestyle in tropical environment

In recent years, high-net-worth and affluent Singaporeans (and foreigners) have been surrendering the comforts of city life on the main island for Sentosa’s solitude and sea-facing tranquility. This is largely due to the Covid-19 pandemic and highly popular work-from-home trends.

Sentosa Cove, which combines the finest of modern living with a touch of tropical ambiance, establishes itself as the most coveted address and gains a spot among the most exclusive neighborhoods in the world.

It is a really special experience to stay in Sentosa Cove for its idyllic lifestyle, like a vacation home. Even for guests, it exudes happiness. Everyone who comes to the island is looking to have a good time.
