URA awards Upper Serangoon Road site tender to Clerodendrum Land

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded a site tender at Upper Serangoon Road / Pheng Geck Avenue to Clerodendrum Land, a subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings.
