The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said it will launch the tender for an industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 4 in two weeks’ time.
The land parcel was available for sale through the Reserve List system in November last year.
The tender was triggered because URA has received an application from a developer for the site.
The developer has committed to bid at a price of not less than S$18 million for the land parcel on a 30-year lease.
The 2.45-hectare site has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0 and is zoned for Business 2 development.
That means the land parcel can be developed for various uses such as light industry, general industry, warehousing, utility or telecommunication uses.
The tender period for the land parcel will be about four weeks from the launch date.
