URA releases two industrial sites at Yishun Avenue 9 (Parcels 5 and 6) on the reserve list

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the detailed sales conditions for two industrial sites at Yishun Avenue 9 (Parcels 5 and 6) today.

The two land parcels at Yishun Avenue 9 are made available for application under the Reserve List of the 2nd half 2011 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme, as announced by the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 30 June 2011. Developers interested in purchasing the sites can now apply to URA for them to be put up for tender.

Land Parcels 5 and 6 at Yishun Avenue 9 have a site area of about 2ha and 1.2ha respectively. Both sites are to be developed for Business 1 uses with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a lease period of 60 years.

Under the Business 1 zoning, the sites can be developed for various uses such as light industry, clean industry, utilities or telecommunication uses, as permitted under the Planning Act.
