The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) yesterday announced the sales conditions for an industrial site in Woodlands, the first of four such sites to be released under the Reserve List of the 2nd half 2010 Industrial Government Land Sale Programme. The 60-year leasehold land parcel at Woodlands Avenue 12 has an area of about 2.1 hectares and a maximum gross plot ratio of 2.5.
Zoned for Business 1 development, the site can be utilised for various purposes. These include clean and light industries related to computer software development as well as assembly and repair of electronic equipment.
