The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has received eight bids for its tender for the proposed commercial and hotel development at Collyer Quay.The tenders will be evaluated through a two-envelope system.
Tenderers are required to submit their concept proposals and tender prices for the 2.7 hectare site in two separate envelopes.
The concept proposals will be evaluated first by a Concept Evaluation Committee.
Only tenders with concept proposals that are acceptable will be considered for award.
The price envelopes of the tenders with acceptable concept proposals will be opened after the committee has completed its evaluation.
