The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the tender for an industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 4 on Wednesday.
The land parcel was made available for sale through the Reserve List system in November last year.
The tender was triggered after URA received an application from a developer for the site.
URA said the developer has committed to bid at a price of not less than S$18 million for the land parcel on a 30-year lease.
The 2.45-hectare site has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0 and is zoned for Business 2 development.
That means the land parcel can be developed for various uses such as light industry, general industry, warehousing, utility or telecommunication uses.
The tender for the site will close at noon on 23 February.
