The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 4 for sale by public tender today.
This is one of the three industrial sites to be released for sale under the Confirmed List of the 2nd half 2011 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme, as announced by the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 30 June 2011. The other two industrial sites namely, at Lavender Street / Kallang Avenue and Soon Lee Street will be released for sale via the Confirmed List in end-August and October 2011, respectively.
The land parcel has a site area of about 2.6 ha and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0. Zoned for Business 2 development, the site will have a lease period of 30 years.
The tender for the site will close at 12 noon on 20 October 2011.
