The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is calling for tenders for its reserve list site at Serangoon Avenue 3.
The 1.3 hectare site has been earmarked for residential development and is in a private residential estate next to the future Lorong Chuan Mass Rapid Transit station.
The 99-year leasehold land parcel can generate a maximum permissible gross floor area of about 418,253 square feet.
A site on the reserve list system is only put up for tender if a developer’s indicated minimum bid price is acceptable to the government.
