Hong Leong Holdings will be launching its residential development, The Scala. The developer said a private preview will be held a day earlier and where the selling price of the units will be unveiled.
The 99-year leasehold project is located along Serangoon Avenue 3. It is linked directly to Lorong Chuan MRT station via a covered linkway and near to the new NEX Mega Mall.
It comprises five residential towers with a total of 468 units. The units range from one-bedroom to four-bedrooms and are between 474 sq ft and 2,142 sq ft.
Hong Leong said its latest residential development features seven pavilions, each designed to provide residents with a different interactive experience.
These include the Italian pavilion which has a fully functional wood-fired pizza oven and the Japanese pavilion that comes with a full sized teppanyaki hotplate.
“On top of the usual facilities, we wanted to provide something different – an international experience at the doorstep,” said Ms Betsy Chng, Head of Sales and Marketing, Hong Leong Holdings.
The Scala has an expected Temporary Occupation Permit in the first quarter of 2014.
