The Goodland Group has sold more than 80 per cent of the units in its latest freehold property – Suites @ Topaz – at a private preview held for its business associates yesterday.
The five-storey development, located in the city fringe at 3 Topaz Road, has 46 units made up of one bedroom, one-plus-study, two bedroom and penthouse configurations.
The unit sizes range between some 366 square feet and 1,463 sq ft, with penthouse units featuring either a private roof garden or a private pool area.
While the company declined to disclose the number of units sold, a spokesman said that the turnout during the private preview was overwhelming and the units were snapped up due to the property’s location.
MediaCorp understands that the majority of the units sold were the one-bedroom types. The company said that the units were sold at an average price of $1,180 per square foot.
The public launch of the project will be held tomorrow.
The site is close to Potong Pasir MRT station and St Andrew’s Junior school, as well as several other secondary schools and junior colleges.
Amenities in the development include a swimming pool, gym, and barbeque facilities.
The project is expected to be completed in three years.
