Singapore residential property prices were slightly higher by 1.7 per cent on-month in November.
This is according to the flash Singapore Residential Property Index (SRPI) by the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Prices were also up 1.0 per cent in October.
While the NUS Overall SRPI increased, the index covering small units of 506 square feet and below fell 0.2 per cent last month.
In comparison, the SRPI Small Index rose 0.7 per cent in October.
Meanwhile, home prices in the central region (SRPI Central) excluding small units rose 1.5 per cent on-month in November, after gaining 1.3 per cent in the previous month.
Excluding small units, prices for properties in non-central region (SRPI Non-Central) also increases by 1.8 per cent in November.
The index rose 0.8 per cent in October.
The latest NUS SRPI data reflected transactions received as at 21 December.
