Releasing the flash estimate on Friday morning, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said this represents an increase of 3.1 per cent, compared with 5.3 per cent in the previous quarter.
URA also released on Friday the flash estimates of the price changes in three geographical regions.
The largest increase was in non-landed private residential properties outside the central regions which increased by 2.4 per cent.
