OUE obtains TOP for OUE Bayfront

Mainboard-listed Overseas Union Enterprise said its premium commercial development, comprising OUE Bayfront and its adjoining properties, has obtained a Temporary Occupancy Permit (TOP) from the Building and Construction Authority.

The development includes the conserved Aerial Tower and the refurbished Change Alley Linkbridge.

OUE’s executive chairman, Dr Stephen Riady, said the development has received positive responses and interests from tenants and to date, it has achieved close to 60 per cent pre-commitment from reputable organisations.

These include Merrill Lynch International Bank, Allen & Overy, Swedish Banking Group SEB and Citrix Systems Singapore.

OUE will also be moving its corporate office from its current location at Mandarin Orchard Singapore to OUE Bayfront.
