Property developer OSK Property Holdings Berhad (OSKPH) will preview two of its Malaysian residential developments: the Mirage Residence and Mirage by the Lake on 4 and 5 February 2012, between 10am – 6pm at Hilton Hotel Singapore.
Located in bustling Cyberjaya, Mirage by the Lake boasts scenic views of a lake with a hill behind, a location that is highly regarded in terms of Chinese fengshui, said Emily Cheng Siow Chun, a spokeswoman at OSK.
Situated on 12.14 acres of land, the project comprises 430 condo units and 68 villas. Man-made lakes were built around villas that do not have a view of the Putrajaya Lake, while all condo units offer unobstructed lake views.
“Amenities within Mirage by the Lake include three swimming pools, one of which is a round saltwater swimming pool that can be accessed by walking through a small ‘jungle’, giving the feel of a wetland experience,” Cheng added.
Meanwhile, Mirage Residence is an exclusive community right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and near the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The 25-storey condo project features sky garden terraces and views of the entire city through double-glazed window panels.
Unit types include Type A units that have one bedroom and an area of 850 sq ft. Type B and C flats both have two bedrooms and are 1,281 sq ft and 1,410 sq ft in size respectively. Meanwhile, Types D (1,518 sq ft) and E (1,668 sq ft) feature three bedrooms each.
