Far East Organization’s project, Greenwich V in Seletar has achieved full occupancy ahead of its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in November.
The new lifestyle hub has attracted strong interest from a mix of tenants for its retail spaces ranging from 185 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
Located at the corner of Yio Chu Kang Road and Seletar Road, the 45,000 sq ft two-storey retail podium will complement the shophouses and food outlets in Jalan Kayu, and serve the day-to-day needs of the residents of The Greenwich condominium, as well as the larger Seletar community.
Its 30 tenants include Cold Storage and Kopitiam.
Others include Rakuichi Japanese Restaurant, and the Phoenix Medical Group.
It will be Cold Storage’s first store in the Yio Chu Kang and Seletar area.
Its CEO, Mr Victor Chia, said it chose Greenwich because of its business potential.
Mr Alden Tan, managing director of Kopitiam Investment, said: “Its close proximity to residential areas and the future Seletar Aerospace Park should yield a good customer base for our business.”
Greenwich V will feature a central piazza, with open-air alfresco dining and play areas, which can host community events and weekend markets.
