The Housing & Development Board (HDB) said on Tuesday it was launching two new BTO projects — Senja Parc View in Bukit Panjang and Anchorvale Horizon in Sengkang.
A total of 1,322 flats will be offered.
The units will comprise studio apartments, and two- to five-room flats.
Some 95 per cent of the public flat supply will be set aside for first-timer households.
Including the launch on Tuesday, HDB would have offered a total of 15, 527 new flats for sale under the BTO and Sale of Balance Flat exercise since the start of the year.
The first project, Senja Parc View, is a standard contract with 577 units of new flats.
It comprises two- to four-room flats.
Its pricing ranges from S$86,000 to S$312,000.
Meanwhile, Anchorvale Horizon, located at the junction of Anchorvale Road and Sengkang East Way, is a premium contract comprising 745 units of new flats.
The units include studio apartments, four-room flats and five-room flats.
Units there range from S$75,000 to S$426,000.
First-time flat buyers are estimated to use 17 per cent to 27 per cent of their monthly household income to meet their monthly loan payments for these new flats
HDB said the next BTO launch next month will offer 1,170 flats flats in Yishun.
