According to figures released on Tuesday by the Urban Redevelopment Authority based on its surveys of developers’ housing sales, developers in Singapore sold 301 private homes excluding executive condominiums (ECs) in February 2016
This is down from 323 units in January 2016 and 390 units in February 2015.
Inclusive of ECs, developers moved 430 units last month, again lower than the 479 units in the previous month and 455 units in February last year.
