The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing and Development Board (HDB) have released a commercial and residential site, and a residential site respectively for sale under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
Together, the two sites can yield about 1,300 residential units.
The commercial and residential site at Meyappa Chettiar Road, launched for sale under the Confirmed List, is located within a residential estate and next to Potong Pasir MRT station.
It is expected to yield an estimated 685 housing units.
The executive condominium site at Sembawang Road is on the Reserve List.
It is located next to Canberra Residences and expected to yield an estimated 605 residential units.
The tender for the site at Meyappa Chettiar Road will close at 12 noon on August 19.
Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.
