Colliers International to sell 43 units at Singapore Shopping Centre

Colliers International says it is putting up for sale strata-titled commercial units in the Singapore Shopping Centre at Clemenceau Avenue.

A total of 43 units, which are located at the fourth and sixth storeys of the property, will be sold either via en bloc, or separately in parcels based on their tenancy expiration.

These units have a combined floor area of 23,046 square feet, with individual unit size ranging from 387 square feet to 2,195 square feet.

The owners are looking at an indicative price of S$1,400 to S$1,500 per square feet.

The units have a 99-year leasehold tenure from 1st May 1948.

While 10 of the units will be sold with vacant possession, the remaining 33 units are currently tenanted with the last tenancy expiring on the 14th of December 2012.

The Singapore Shopping Centre, which recently underwent a facelift, is a seven-storey commercial development.

It consists of retail shops and office units, as well as a basement car park.

Interested buyers can submit their offers to Colliers by May 26.
