Century 21 teams up with IPA to grow presence in Singapore

Century 21 Singapore Holding announced on Friday it had partnered with Singapore real estate consultancy International Property Advisor (IPA) to expand the Century 21 presence here.

IPA Key Executive Officer Ku Swee Yong will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Singapore as well as Principal Advisor to Century 21 Hong Kong and Century 21 Macau. Within Singapore, IPA will operate as a franchisee of Century 21 Singapore and continue to specialize in serving the real estate needs of private banking clients and family offices.

“Swee Yong is a property agent who is respected for his market insights, research and forecasts,” said Mr Luke Ng, Chairman of Century 21 Singapore.

“In addition, the team at IPA will bring to Century 21 their capabilities in investment sales and managing the real estate needs of high net worth clients in the luxury homes segment. Together, we are investing to take the Century 21 brand to a higher level,” said Mr Ng.

“We are seizing the opportunity to capitalize on the market situation,” said Mr Ku. “We will invest in growing our franchisees, helping them to attract top quality teams of salespersons and providing these experienced realtors with opportunities across the global network that Century 21 is famous for.”

“The investments in Century 21’s salespersons will result in higher levels of service for our clients. And that is our top priority,” he added.

Century 21 Real Estate, a subsidiary of New York Stock Exchange-listed Realogy Holdings, is the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization. Century 21 Singapore Holdings, set up in 1998, is the brand owner for the Singapore region.
