Far East Organization (FEO) has sold more than 150 units at its euHabitat residential development in Jalan Eunos.
Over 200 units of the project’s 748 units were released during its preview last week.
The 99-year leasehold private residential project comprises 233 one- and two-bedroom Soho-style units, 160 one-bedroom suites and 51 four-bedroom townhouses. The remaining units consist of one- to four-bedroom apartments, with the suites located in separate towers from the apartments.
Prices in the development are listed from S$800 psf to over S$1,000 psf, depending on the size and layout.
euHabitat is adjacent to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and was acquired by the group’s Tuas Technology Park and OPH Marymount for S$414.57 psf ppr during a state tender on September 2010. This means that the group paid 26.5 percent more than the next highest bid of S$327.76 psf ppr.
Meanwhile, in the shoebox apartment segment, Jool Suites at Sing Joo Walk was previewed last week with 18 units sold to date.Around 50 percent of the 52-unit freehold development has been released at an average price of S$1,500 psf.
