The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has received a top bid of S$251 million for a residential site at Upper Thomson Road. The bid was submitted by Treasure Well Investments and works out to about S$5,741 per square metre. The URA said it received a total six bids with the lowest one at S$135 million.
