Singapore’s GIC real estate buys Westin Tokyo hotel

Singapore's sovereign wealth fund has bought the Westin Tokyo hotel from Morgan Stanley and US-based Starwood Capital, the firms said Tuesday, in a deal reportedly worth about US$715 million.
