The Housing and Development Board (HDB) launched three new Build-To-Order (BTO) projects in Punggol and Sengkang on Wednesday. The projects are Waterway Terraces in Punggol, Fernvale Foliage and Rivervale Arc in Sengkang. A total of 2,696 flats will be offered.
