    Web Developer
    Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new modules based on latest technologies and good software engineering practices
  • Maintain and improve existing modules
  • Coordinate technical matters with external parties when necessary
    Prerequisite:
  • Passion to create world-class web applications
  • Excellent client-side technical skills – Javascript / CSS / HTML (or similar technologies)
  • Excellent server-side technical skills – PHP / MySQL (or similar technologies)
  • Good understanding of website usability and web programming frameworks
  • Good understanding of scalability and performance in high-traffic web systems
  • Linux, Flash knowledge, SEO, Jaspersoft preferred but not necessary
  • Already working in Singapore
    Customer Service Executive
    Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls and emails
  • Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements for management as and when required
  • Occasional telemarketing and handling of appointments for management
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects
    Prerequisite:
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing personality and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills – structured & methodical
  • Fluency in English and Chinese required
  • Good knowledge of key IT tools (MS Office)
  • Linux, Flash knowledge, SEO, Jaspersoft preferred but not necessary
  • At least 3 years working experience
    Property Salesperson
    Responsibilities:
  • Marketing of client properties for rent or sale
  • Management of client relationship and properties
  • Seek new and creative ways of marketing
  • Source for new clients and leads
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects
    Prerequisite:
  • Relevant certifications (RES/ REA) or willingness to equip oneself with it
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing personality and a team player
  • Real Estate Degree or Diploma (preferred)
  • Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle (preferred)
  • Singaporean or SPR
