]]> Executive Condominium project CityLife@Tampines has received over 1,600 applications from interested homebuyers, three times the total of number of units available at the development.

The 514-unit project is developed by a consortium comprising Amara Holdings, Kay Lim Holdings and SingXpress Land.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the consortium said its dual-key units and larger-sized units drew the most interest.

It added that its Presidential Penthouse Suite, which is over 4,000 square feet, attracted a large number of multi-generation families.

The developers said that it would hold a preview of its showflats for all successful applicants on 26 and 27 December.

Booking for units will start on 29 December.

According to market players, the indicative pricing for units at CityLife@Tampines ranges between S$780 and S$850 per square foot.
