Property developer Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd has announced an advance VIP preview of Thomson Grand.
After receiving more than 1,000 enquiries from potential local and foreign buyers, the developer has released 50 units for sale during the VIP preview.
“We will closely monitor the market response and consider to offering additional units for sale, albeit at an increased selling price, after the first 50 units have been sold out,” said Cannas Ho, Sales Manager of Cheung Kong.
Thomson Grand consists of nine 20-storey residential towers, comprising 339 units and 22 strata terrace units. The size of the apartments ranges from 904 sq ft for a two-bedroom (with one en-suite) unit to 2,314 sq ft for a four-bedroom unit. It is located directly opposite the Singapore Island Country Club (SICC).
The exclusive residence provides luxurious and spacious layouts for discerning home buyers. Almost 70 percent of the available apartment units provide three or more bedrooms.
Special condo units include Garden Residences with remarkable living room views of Thomson Grand’s breathtaking gardens, while three- and four-bedroom penthouse units feature jacuzzis on the balcony, en-suite bedrooms with balcony access and high ceilings of up to 4.5 metres.
Ideally situated near major expressways, including the Central Expressway (CTE), Seletar Expressway (SLE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE), Thomson Grand also offers residents centralised access to some of Singapore’s top educational institutions, such as Raffles Institution, Ai Tong School, St Nicholas Girls’ School and Catholic High School.
“Thomson Grand residents will not only be able to enjoy the natural greenery and panoramic views, but can also take advantage of a harmonious lifestyle with their loved ones in a tranquil and soothing environment,” Ho said.
“With virtually no new condominiums launched in Upper Thomson with multiple views of SICC golf courses and greenery over the last decade, Thomson Grand is the only new residential development in the area offering panoramic views and luxurious amenities.”
